Order Cancellation Policy
· Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, email knollandnook@gmail.com with your Order Number clearly mentioned in the subject line. If the order has already been dispatched, you may refuse the delivery and inform us through email.
Notes:
· Personalized or custom-made products cannot be cancelled or refunded once processing has started.
· If cancellation of a personalized order is still requested, design/customization charges will be deducted from the prepaid amount.
Return & Exchange Policy
· We offer a simple and hassle-free return/exchange process for all non-personalized items. Customers must notify us of a return request within 7 working days of receiving the order.
Return Eligibility
· Product must be unused.
· Must be in its original packaging.
· Must be in resalable condition.
· If a package arrives damaged, tampered, or in poor condition, please do not accept it.
· Return the package to the delivery person and notify us immediately.
Non-Returnable Items
· Products used for personal hygiene (e.g., socks, hoodies, eye masks, etc.) cannot be returned.
· Non-returnable status will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
Damaged Items
· If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 working days of delivery.
· We will assist with replacement or resolution.
Bulk / Corporate Orders
· Returns are not applicable on bulk or corporate purchases.
Refund Policy
For Prepaid Orders
· Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.
For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders
· Customers must provide bank account details.
· Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
· Refunds can also be issued via PayTM.
