· All prepaid orders are dispatched on the next working day and usually delivered within 2-5 working days from dispatch.

· Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are dispatched after phone confirmation and shipped the same or next working day.

· Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday only. No shipments are processed on Sundays or public holidays.

· We deliver through trusted courier partners including Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, and DTDC.

· Free shipping on all prepaid orders.

· A flat ₹50 COD fee applies to Cash-on-Delivery orders.

· COD orders may require 5-7 working days due to additional courier processing.

· For certain remote or non-serviceable pin codes, couriers may request customers to collect the package from the nearest delivery center.

· If the package appears damaged, tampered, or in poor condition, do not accept it.
