· By using the Knoll & Nook website and placing an order, you (“the Customer”) agree to all Terms & Conditions listed below.

· Knoll & Nook may update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

· Customers are encouraged to review the Terms & Conditions before using the website or placing an order.

· By placing an order, you authorize Knoll & Nook to process your order, coordinate delivery with trusted courier partners, and ship the product to the address provided.

· Knoll & Nook acts solely as a service provider and facilitator, not as an agent or representative of any vendor or merchant.

· Our platform offers curated, unique products; all transactions for such products, where applicable, remain between the customer and the seller/vendor.

Pricing & Delivery

· All prices on Knoll & Nook are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

· Deliveries are fulfilled only within serviceable locations across India.

· Standard delivery hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

· Orders placed before 2 PM are processed on the same working day; orders placed after 2 PM are processed the next working day.

· For courier-delivered items (Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, DTDC, etc.), their individual shipping policies apply.

Knoll & Nook reserves the right to:

· Charge for orders refused by the recipient.

· Charge for orders returned due to incorrect address, unavailability, or failed delivery attempts.

Limitations & Delivery Responsibilities

Knoll & Nook is not responsible for:

· Delivery delays caused by natural calamities, curfews, holidays, weather conditions, government policies, war, or any force majeure events.

· Delivery failures due to incorrect addresses or issues from the courier service.

· Any loss or claim beyond the retail value of the product.

· Early or delayed delivery does not qualify for compensation or damages.

· Incidents where the package is misappropriated, received incorrectly, or damaged by someone at the delivery address.

Product Quality & Warranty

· All products and services are offered “as is”, without any warranty or guarantee.

· Knoll & Nook does not guarantee that:

o The product will look exactly identical to the website images (minor color/design variations may occur).

o Services will be error-free.

o Identified defects can always be corrected.

Order Changes, Cancellation & Product Availability

· Orders cannot be cancelled unless the customer notifies us within 2 working hours.

· We will try to accommodate order changes, but modifications after processing is not guaranteed.

· If a product becomes temporarily unavailable, customers will be informed to:

o Change the product, or

o Wait until it is back in stock.

· For perishable or fragile items, Knoll & Nook may substitute with a similar product of equal or higher value if required.

Knoll & Nook may also:

· Adjust product prices without prior notice in special circumstances.

· Ship items separately if required due to courier guidelines or packaging needs.

Customer Satisfaction & Expectations

· We source from reliable vendors and aim for high-quality products.

· Knoll & Nook is not responsible if the product does not meet the recipient’s personal expectations regarding color, size, style, or any other subjective preference.
